The Listening Station was started by experienced brand and agency professionals with over twelve years digital experience (that's almost as long as the first browsers started to appear.We have the experience that can only come from working with some of the largest brands and companies. We understand the importance of these new trends; we are not slaves to the technology we are masters of.

Graduating from Sheffield Uni, Rick trained in commerce at Mars, Beecham (now Glaxo SmithKline), culminating in UK Marketing Head and Far East GM for Alberto VO5, before jumping from the client side to the agency side as Client Services Head for Colin Lloyd at KLP. Established TBDA with Richard Organ as ‘the business development agency’ instead of a collection of mates surnames!... to apply stats and science to the art of targeted marketing. Rick is a founder member of the DMA and joint architect of the new return-on-ideas programme to splice marketing and finance at Board level. Spare time?, kids, wife, family, golf and the DIY Forth Bridge syndrome!

Career spanning both client and agency sides. 10 years with McCann Erickson as Senior Board Director working on national and international brands. 10 years as MD of Dial Media Group, specialising in new media development and online promotional marketing.
Now specialising in online digital marketing and web 2.0 / beyond technologies with TBDA, harnessing user-generated-content to 'create and nurture' customer relationships.
